We recycle 100% of the scrap fabric from offcuts. When cutting patterns out of fabric rolls there will always be some wastage. We use expert software to calculate the most efficient pattern-cutting layout, and therefore we minimise offcuts. With the inevitable remaining offcuts, we have 3 recycling initiatives:

❍ Repurposed into sports equipment

All of our clothing (excluding the Hats & Socks) are made in London in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility that adopts the following sustainable initiatives:

❍ LED lighting throughout (80% energy saving compared with non-led)
❍ Fully recycled offcuts
❍ Energy-saving motors on all manufacturing equipment
❍ Biodegradeable garment packaging
❍ DHL Go Green Transportation

We source our fabrics from some of the finest, expert mills in Italy and Portugal, which all have sustainability at the forefront of their priorities. We do not use any harmful or toxic dyes, and where possible our mills use a closed loop system to re-use water. All of our mills provide fair wages and good conditions for all their workers.

Our hats are made from 100% recycled material collected from beaches, landfill and other textile businesses in Indonesia. Our socks are made in the EU using eco bamboo which has been consciously sourced.

We donate 1% of all our profits to Action for Conservation. With every order, we also plant a tree using our partner Team Trees.
